This is not a typical growth role. The foundations are in place, tools, channels, and initial capabilities, but the company is underperforming its potential.
We’re looking for someone who can rethink and elevate the entire acquisition engine, including ASO, SEO, paid channels, and especially emerging AI/search strategies.
What you’ll drive
- End-to-end acquisition strategy across organic + paid channels
- ASO/SEO evolution from hygiene to competitive advantage
- Definition and execution of AI/search strategy beyond buzzwords
- Funnel optimization from discovery to conversion
- Measurable improvements in CAC, conversion, and growth
