Head of Commerce & Digital Business Build

Build an e-commerce business inside an existing scale player.

We’re hiring a senior leader to design and scale a commerce proposition from the ground up, on top of an already strong digital platform.

This is a hybrid of product, business building, and program leadership. You’ll define how commerce works end-to-end: from customer experience to operations, partnerships, and go-to-market.

What you’ll drive

• End-to-end e-commerce strategy and product experience
• Build and scale commerce operations and processes
• Launch and grow a marketplace / partner ecosystem
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy
• Lead a lean, high-impact program team across multiple streams
