Head of Secured Loans

Lead the launch of a new secured and bigger-ticket lending business — from product design to commercial partnerships and go-to-market.

Build a collateralized lending business inside a leading consumer finance player.

Home Credit is stepping into the bigger-ticket and collateralized loans market, and we're looking for a senior leader to own that move end-to-end. You'll design the product, strike the commercial agreements, expand into new commodity categories, and work across the company to make the business a commercial success.

This is a builder's role. You set the strategy and then make it real — across sales, marketing, the customer journey, and partnerships with dealers and manufacturers.

What you'll drive

• Build and execute the secured loans sales strategy — planning, development, and delivery
• Own the marketing campaigns and customer journey for the business
• Track performance through data analysis and design KPIs for the teams you work with
• Partner closely with Key Accounts, Finance, Risk, Collections, and CRM
• Expand the commodity mix — 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, used cars, solar panels, and more — through dealers and manufacturers

Why this role matters

This is a new business line, not an optimization exercise. You'll stand up a collateralized lending unit from the ground and own its sales and profitability, with direct visibility to the Chief Sales Officer. The role starts as an individual contributor and is expected to grow into leading a small team of one to three people.
