Purpose of processing

The purpose of personal data processing is provision of services in the field of headhunting, i.e. arrangement of job opportunities. Personal data is processed by virtue of performance of a contract, on the grounds of legitimate interest and in the case of broader provision of services, on the basis of individual consent.

Scope of processing

Talentfinder s.r.o. processes the following categories of personal data:

  • identification and contact details,
  • age, sex and nationality,
  • work experience/information about previous employment,
  • education, salary/wage conditions,
  • photographs or other images provided in a CV;
  • other personal data communicated voluntarily by the data subject.

Period of storage of personal data

The personal data of data subjects is stored for the period of performance of the contract and for the period of time determined by the legislation. We only store personal data for a longer period of time on the basis of individual consent (for the period of time specified in the consent or until such consent is withdrawn).

Form of personal data processing and handover of personal data

Personal data is processed in an automated and manual manner. We make personal data available to our external collaborators (in their capacity as processors), with which we have concluded the respective contract ensuring data protection. Personal data is also made available to target entities – protentional employers. Personal data is not handed over to third countries.

Rights of data subjects

Subject to meeting of the legally determined conditions, you are in particular entitled to information and access to personal data, to correction of personal data, to deletion of personal data, to restriction of processing of personal data, to object to processing of personal data, to portability of personal data and to submit a complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection, with registered office at Pplk. In the case of personal data processing on the basis of consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time, this being by means of written notification.
