We're hiring a Head of AI to define and deliver our AI strategy across the whole business — Collections, Sales, Risk, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal & Compliance, Online & Mobile, Marketing, and PMO. You'll set a unified vision tied to business priorities, then make it real through AI solutions that improve efficiency, sharpen the customer experience, and enable data-driven decisions.

This is strategy and execution in one seat. You'll build the governance that keeps things compliant and ethical, partner with the Innovation & Emerging Tech effort to bring in new technologies, and work side by side with department leaders to find high-impact use cases and prove their value.

What you'll drive

• Enterprise AI strategy & portfolio — vision, roadmap, and investment priorities across productization, platform, data science/LLMs, and agentic AI
• Department enablement — orchestrate AI solutions for Collections, Sales, Risk, Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing/Online
• Technology platform & architecture — a unified AI platform (e.g. Azure/Databricks), MLOps/LLMOps standards, data pipelines, security, performance, and cost efficiency
• Productization & scale-up — transition incubated products (e.g. SAGE, Copilot) to dedicated Product Managers and incubate next-gen LLM initiatives
• Culture & adoption — build enterprise-wide AI fluency through AI Ambassadors, a Knowledge Hub, and department-specific training paths
• Benefits realization — define metrics, track efficiency gains, revenue lift, CX improvements, and risk reduction, and sustain performance after deployment

Why this role matters

AI is central to where the business is going. You'll report to the Deputy CEO, lead a team of five, and have a direct line to executive priorities. The mandate spans strategy, platform, delivery, governance, and adoption — and the impact is measured in real business outcomes, not pilots.

You might be a fit if you

• Have led enterprise AI across product, platform, data science, and governance
• Know the cloud AI stack (Azure/Databricks), MLOps/LLMOps, data engineering, security, and cost optimization
• Bring 10+ years of technology leadership in financial services or lending, with enterprise-scale AI delivery
• Understand governance, model risk management, and bias mitigation — ideally with BSP and Philippine Data Privacy Act experience
• Have moved incubated products to BAU owners while incubating next-gen LLM initiatives
• Are an outcome-oriented, integrity-driven leader who communicates well across technical and business stakeholders and adapts fast to emerging tech
